Core Hourly Services
Choose the level of support that best matches your household’s needs. Standard core services have a 3-hour minimum.
Companion & Homemaker Support
$28/hour
Companionship, light household support, meal preparation, errands, and help with everyday routines.
Personal Care & Respite
$30/hour
Hands-on assistance with daily living activities and dependable respite support for family caregivers.
Enhanced Personal Care
$32/hour
A higher level of non-medical personal assistance for clients who need additional support with daily routines.
Weekend services: +$2/hour. Designated holidays are billed at 1.5× the standard hourly rate. Holiday pricing replaces the weekend premium and does not stack with it.
Standard core services require a 3-hour minimum visit.

Family Relief Reserve™
$99/month + respite at $30/hour
A membership-style support option for families who want planned respite, ongoing family caregiver support, and a backup care plan.
Include:
3-month initial commitment, then month-to-month with 30-day written cancellation after the initial term

Pet support is limited to approved routine tasks and does not include veterinary care, medication administration, professional grooming, animal training, overnight pet sitting, or care of aggressive or high-risk animals.

Pricing Policies & Additional Charges
We want families to understand how services are billed before care begins. The following policies apply when relevant to your scheduled services.
Weekend Services
Standard hourly services are billed at the regular rate plus $2/hour on weekends.Holiday Services
Designated holidays are billed at 1.5× the standard hourly rate. Holiday pricing replaces the weekend premium and does not stack with it.Transportation & Errand Mileage
Authorized client transportation and approved errands are billed at $1.00 per mile. The caregiver’s ordinary commute is not billed to the client.Parking, Tolls & Other Approved Expenses
Parking, tolls, valet, admissions, pet supplies, vendor expenses, and other approved client-specific costs are billed at actual cost when applicable.Extended Service Area
Services outside Hinds, Madison, and Rankin Counties are available case-by-case. A $15 per-visit extended-area fee may apply for nearby outlying areas. Farther areas, including Holmes County, generally require a 4-hour minimum plus a $25 extended-area fee per visit.
Cancellation Policy
24+ hours’ notice: no charge.
Less than 24 hours: 50% of the scheduled service amount, up to 4 hours.
Less than 4 hours, no-show, or client turns staff away: 100% of the scheduled service amount, up to 4 hours.
Management may waive fees for hospitalization, medical emergency, death, severe weather, or other extraordinary circumstances.Payment
Recurring clients should maintain an approved card or ACH payment method on file. Services may be suspended if an account becomes more than 7 days past due unless a payment arrangement has been approved.
Additional terms may apply based on the specific service selected, service area, scheduling needs, or client agreement.
